Preparing for the trip

I have spent the last few days getting everything together for the trip. I have a slew of prescriptions, no-wrinkle and fast-drying clothes, camera, geologger, a Kindle (it is a long flight!), and a great deal of anticipation about the trip! I'm going to try to post pictures, and keep a commentary going of how things progress. Hopefully, I will be able to pack light! It is hard balancing enough clothes for the different types of weather and temperatures we will have with keeping everything to a minimum...
